I am trying to take the side panels off my 02 Wakesetter, i have removed the bolts and screws holding the top and sides but cant figure out what is holding it on the bottom. Any help would be great thanks.

There are screws at the bottom hidden by the carpeting. You'll have hunt around for them, had one on each side of the storage opening of my 02 Response.
