Tower

Recommended Posts

Thanks for all of the information I have received for my boat. I have another question. I have a 2005 Response with a tower-assume it's from the factory. It unscrews at the front and it looks like you can just unscrew it and lay it down in order to get the boat in the garage. We tried that and of course it won't work--the tower hits the windshield. So before I do anything else I thought I would ask anyone out there who can tell me if the tower has to be completely removed or if there is any other option?

Thanks

Do you know what kind of tower you have?

Our Titan "comes apart" where the front and rear sections come together. You then can lower the front half of the tower onto the windshield (I have rubber pads installed on the windshield frame to protect the frame). My wife holds the rear part of the tower down as I back into the garage. Once I'm in and parked, we put the tower back in the up position for storage.
