Well membership has its privileges, the group buys and discounts are rumored to be pretty good.

My membership paid for itself with just one purchase with a paid member discount with that vendor.

To me the $25 I paid is far less than I would have spent in time & mistakes learning about my boat. If this site didn't exist, I'd miss it a lot. I learned how to barefoot, go W2W wakeboarding, winterize my boat, fix the windshield, good stereo options, install a wedge access door (this winter's project), how not to drive a bass boat, common issues with steering cables and underwater gear, realistic boat values, and have an instant link to people that have my exact boat to bounce ideas off of.

As a fairly new member I have just learned the fact that this is a family run website. Notice the lack of advertising and strict rules regarding how retailers can post? They don't make any appreciable money off of it.........for that alone it is worth becoming a full member. Next year I will make the full contribution.

Oh, and my membership has already paid for itself in several group buys.
