Losing track of time on the boat, in a bad way

I have a 2006 21 LSV that I bought new. It has one problem that is more annoying than a real issue. The clock loses about two minutes a month and has since it was new. Since the boating season here in AZ is year round it never really gets winterized (battery disconnected) so every month the clock is off a little more until I finally break down and reset it. I talked to the dealer but they don't seem to be too excited about it saying they have seen this before and Malibu says it is within spec given the battery voltage fluctuation as it discharges between usages. Has anyone else see this problem?

I have the same boat. Similar issue here. Only my problem is, I guess, worse than yours. My clock just

willy-nilly resets itself to 12:00 AM in the year 2000. Seems to happen 3-4 times/summer, typically

on the first start up of the day. I haven't noticed if my clock actually loses time like yours because

I end up resetting, on average, every month as it is.

Minor annoyance. Takes me a minute or so to completely reset time/date/year. Since I'm typically still

idling out of the "No-Wake" zone [and waiting for the engine to warm up] when I actually notice

it needs to be done, it's just not that big of a deal. I haven't even mentioned it to the dealer.
