Fuel Pressure

Recommended Posts

We are getting excessive smoking and fuel smells, trying to find what the normal fuel pressure is supposed to be at with the boat running at idle, we are getting between 90 and 99 PSI acording to my technician it is to high. Can anybody confirm what fuel pressure i'm supposed to get at idle ?

Thnaks,

You also might want to check your vacuum line that goes from the throttle body to the fuel pressure regulator and make sure its not cracked or kinked. No vacuum to the regulator at idle would make your pressure go up.
