Board Rack

Just picked up a Titan Cruiser Rack with the lift off option for our Xtreme tower last week and tried to use it last night for the first time. Our boards that have thick boot plates would not fit into the forks and with the lift off bracket you either had to fight getting one of the hold down cords into the cut outs, (trying to get our fingers between the tower and the release clip), or if you reversed it the cord would interfere with the lift off clip locking into place. Help.gif Need some comments on other racks that will come off the tower easy, we don't board that often and would like to take the rack off when not in use and for folding the tower down. Good news is that I traded 1 rack plus $100 for a pair of new chrome Titan Alpha I during demo days at the dealer. Thumbup.gif

Look at the Monster tower racks with quick release. These are great racks. We have two of them on our boat as well as the mirror arm. They are easy to get on and off even with boards in them.

I also have the Monster racks. They are great and come in at a solid price!
