ignition Switch

I have a 2006 23 xti and yesterday the ignition switch did not work. It continued to turn around in a circle. Does anyone know were I can get a diagram with instructions for this particular switch?? I am not sure if it is a 3 position switch or a 4.

Thanks for the help

Is it the switch that is turning of the inside tumbler area?

If its the switch then just tighten it up and if its the inside parts then I would think you're going to need to replace the switch.

Larson is the local dealer in Sac.

My VLX did that also. Just hold the key where you want it and tighten the nut and then the outside ring down. Also, if the engine is not turning over, it may be because the nut on top of your starter needs to be tightened and the connection is not making contact. (one problem leads to the other because you think it is not starting, so you turn harder and your ingnition begins turning around on the panel).

It's very common for these switches to loosen on any boat. Nothing holds the switch body from turing once it works loose. There is a nut behind the dash panel plus the cap at the key end of the switch. They are both threaded on.
