Fly High Pro X Tsunami Pump compatibility

All, I'm looking at adding some additional ballast and need to know if the Tsunami pump works with the Launchpad link system. The launch pads are significantly less expensive, but I have a Tsunami already. The additional pump would make the savings null.

Thanks

You get what you pay for. The fly high sacs are so much more durable it's not even funny.

Keep in mind that Launch Pad now has a new line of bags out called the Sumo Sacs that are essentially equivalent to the Pro X Series bags from a durability perspective.

If you want to use the Tsunami pump with the LINK fittings you can do it, but you'll need three adapters (and not the W735 posted above in this thread). You'll need Launch Pad's 3/4" NPT thread adapter and 1.1" Hose Barb adapters as well as Fly High's W747 fitting. With those three parts you can change your Tsunami pump over to the LINK fititngs, but it is a pretty permanent change, so don't plan on switching back and forth from LINK to Quick Twist equipped bags.

Realistically, it may be cheaper to just buy the Pro X Series bags than to purchase all of those fittings, and if you're talking about Launch Pads standard bags (not the Sumo Series), then you're definitely better off buying Fly High product.
