Anyone ever lower your trailer?

I've got an '05 Wakesetter 23 LSV sitting on an Extreme tandem axle trailer and it came from the factory pretty darn high, higher than most. Has anyone ever lowered one of these trailers and was it a big deal? Thanks in advance.

I wish I was closer to them, I'd do that. Being a torsion axle, it can't be that hard. Just looking for real world experiences and someone to convince me that it's no big deal. I called Extreme and the tech guy said it's no big deal but it's something they do everyday. I didn't want to tear into it and regret it.

You know I pulled one of the spindles off the trailer acouple weeks ago because I wasn't sure how to pull the rotor off the spindle and took it down to the trailer shop for instructions. It was easy to take off and I would assume that if you changed it slightly on the spline, it would drop the trailer a few inches and wouldn't hurt anything. Now obviuosly you may have to rasie the wheel wells up a little for clearance but it wouldn't take long to find out. One bolt per wheel and drop it a few degrees and the trailer would sit lower.

It is very easy. Mine came so low that I had the right side tires blow at the same time (Within in a mile on the 40). They rubbed on the fender got hot and exploded. Extreme fixed it all. One problem now is the it is really high but I will take the extra margin.
