Trouble Starting

We were out over the 4th when we started having trouble getting the bu to start.

When we would go to start the boat it would click the first couple of times like the batteries were dead, and then eventually start on the 3rd of 4th try.

We took the starter down to the auto shop store and they checked it multiple times and it seems to be working fine.

Do any of you guys have an idea of what could be going on?
