Bent Wedge

Recommended Posts

I was out riding on Saturday and was having a problem getting a good wake. When we were done with the session I went to put the wedge up and it was completely bent and tore the bolts out of the one side. The other arm was bent to about 90 degrees. The bolts looked like they just sheared off and didnt make any thread damage to the one side. I am just wondering if you think it will be ok to just bend the other arm back straight and put new bolts in it. Do you think it will take away the integrity or strength of the wedge? Any suggestions is appreciated.

I'm tired of these bent wedge stories. Anyone who is on here on a semi-regular basis would have known all about this.

I just chose not to respond. We should make this a sticky because it comes up about every two months.
