damaged the prop yesterday just a bit....wife accidentally let the back end of the boat drift into shore....into sand and loose small rocks. she said it didn't make much of a noise....

the rudder has a very slight almost unnoticeable bend to the right.....my Malibu service shop said it's normal to have a slight bend. is this true? i just wanted to make sure it isn't a result of the the accident....

Never heard of the rudder having a bend in it on any inboard. It may be offset from the center of the prop a bit, but if the actual rudder is bent I'd say it's a problem. Post a pic?
