General Questions on Malibu 1990 Euro F3

Hello All,

I just purchased a 1990 Malibu Euro F3 Skier (first time Malibu owner) and I have a few questions for the group:

1.) Where would be the best place to start looking for a replacement dash/glove compartment?

2.) The ski deck feels like there is the slightest give to it (i.e. you can rattle it a tiny bit). Is this normal or should it be completely firm?

3.) The left side pitot needs replaced. The mount and the cable are both there, but the piece that goes in the water is not. Looks like a piece could slide onto the the mount and lock. Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kevin

The platform on mine has a little bit of play in it as well, as for #1 try calling either Malibu, or stsrt calling boat salvage yards and maybe you'll get lucky, for your third question I am assuming you mean the speedo pickup, you might try www.bakesonline.com and look on there for a pickup, good luck

1.) Whats wrong with the original glove box? Bottom broken out? You won't be able to find a new replacement. The bottom of mine was falling apart so I pulled it out & fiberglassed the whole outside of it. Stronger than ever.

2.) Completely normal

3.) What he said ^
