Alright this ones got me baffled , center ballst tank fills less than half then pees out the vent and wont fill any more , didnt use the boat for about 3 or 4 months every thing was fine last time I used it , I mean this doesn't make any sense the outlet is higher than the tank

Can you see that the tank is not full or are you looking at the gauge? Mine will do the same thing and when I shut the pump off the vent overflow stops and the gauge will slowly indicate full in a moment. I never really looked at the tank to verify but I expect the gauges are not terribly reliable. This seems to be more on the front and center tanks for me.

We had this problem...except ours was higher than half...We brought it in and found out that there was a piece of plastic stuck in the float on the gauge. They pulled the plastic out and now everything works great!

no , I am looking in the hatch at the tank , I have always checked [ I guess because I can on the center tank ] and its normally about 7/8ths full when it starts to spit

One idea. Are your trunk ballast tanks full before you start to fill the center tank or are you low on gas and have your front ballast tank filled. I usually fill the center tank before starting to fill any of the other tanks. The boat is more level with the center tank filled and allows the other tanks to fill closer to capacity than when the boat is stern/bow heavy.
