I am looking to add two sets of lights to an aluminum tower. Can anyone point me to which wires to use?

I'd like one with a hull plug that I could disconect the wire from and a plug that i could disconnect the removable part of the tower from and leave just the base.

Any ideas where i can buy something like this or will i have to piece it all together myself?

You will probably have to piece together the wiring and just use a molex style connector through the hull. Make sure you check you amp draws and size the wire correctly. Those tower lights can pull some serious amps.
