Ballast in rear lockers

my 08 VLX's rear locker says weight is not to exceed 75lbs and specifically "not designed for ballast" is this just boilerplate? I have High Fly fat sacks that I wanted to put there....I thought maybe they meant non-water ballast?

I've had occasion to step in those lockers, and at 200+lbs, the floor was certainly bending... I wouldn't put a 750.. maybe a 400, but not a 750. The weight should distribute evenly since it's a sac and not fixed on a single point. Either way, the floor does bend with all that weight in it.

we had 4 guys stand in the locker and had no movement. It still blows me away that Malibu builds the core wakeboard boat and knows everyone is going to load up their boats with ballast and they don't reinforce the floor and remove that stupid sticker.
