VLX Bow Rail Loose

My bow rail on 06 Vlx is slightly loose and will move if moderate side pressure is applied. Only at the front of bow seems to be loose. Anyone had to tighten these and is the nut easily accesible? Do the side cushions need removed to do this?

You'll be able to reach it up through the cushion, just need a deep 1/2" or 9/16" socket.

Got it tightened up today. Took a 1/2" deep well socket and a bit of stretching. I had to remove my flip up bow light and go in that way to reach the front mount bolts. I couldn't get to them from the side opening. I had to have my son look down the side opening while I held ratchet and socket through light hole opening. He then guided me to where I had to go to get socket around nut. They were all pretty loose. Got all four bow rail mounts on each side tight now. Also tightened tower mount plates while I was at it. They too took a few cranks to get tight again.
