Sorry,

I had never heard of this before, until I googled it.

After I read that it only propels you at up to 2 MPH I'm thinking, why bother?

How about a nice set of swim fins?

Don't mean to dis way you from buying one.

I have had a chance to play with one. It was o.k.. Kind of fun if your tied up with some other boats and want to cruise over vs. swim.

That said, I wouldn't buy one.

A guy I ride with occasionally has a pair of these. His kids have fun with them. But when any of us bigger guys try them their pretty slow.

The swim fins idea is a good one. I bet GI Joes has pretty good deals on them about now.

My Dad bought two of these for his grandkids (ages 4-7) to play with in his pool. They love them. It drags them along, and they like 'driving' it to the bottom of the deep end, etc. One of them, who can't quite swim, gets in a tube up to her armpits and uses one of these to get around the pool, spin in circles, etc.

I am 6'1" and just under 200 lbs. I play around with it sometimes, but it will barely, and I mean barely, move me in the water.

If you are a full grown adult, I'm afraid you will be very disappointed with these, I think they are really made for children.
