2000 response inmar 325 monsoon efi

starts ok when temp gets to 160 buzzer starts/ starts to misfire/ idles around 1000rpm has gone as high 1900rpm.

while running unpluged wires from throttle body idle came down then back up when pluged in

any ideas

Did you unplug a connector with 3 wires or 4?

both/ the plug to the rear is the 1 that would cause rpm to change i think it was 3 wires it looks to control the butterfly

Pick yourself up a can of Berrymans B-12 Carb Cleaner and clean out you IAC valve (Idle Air Control). I'm betting that will fix the idle swell. I've had to do that with almost all our vehicles that have one. Carbon builds up and keeps the stepper motor from being able to move the valve mechanism freely.

thanks for help

removed iac and cleaned saw great improvement ran for about half hour now will mis at idle sometimes / hesitate on take off replace iac????
