Coolant temp sensors

Recommended Posts

Where are they and how do you check if they are bad? I read one site that said that they should be checked with a volt meter. If they are below 4 volts then there is a problem. Is this true?

You check them with an ohm meter. The ohms vary with temperature. I posted what it should measure at different temps last year about this time.
