HIGH GRADE FUEL

Recommended Posts

I get fuel at a little local gas station. They always carried high grade fuel (no ethanol) before the last $4 gas spike. Then when gas went to around $4, they went to an ethanol blend. Now that gas is $1.80 they have pulled the ethanol stickers off of the pumps. I think they are carrying high grade fuel again. Is anyone else experiencing this?

Here in Bend there is one station selling 92 Octane no ethanol at about $2.79 ? per gallon. They advertise it on their billboard.

According to Oregon State law they cannot put it into a 1955 or later automobile.

They will put it in your gas cans. They will put it into your boat, ATV, off road motorcycle on a trailer.

The same stations sells 91 octane E10 fuel for $2.19 per gallon.

The station owner told me he sells about 1000 gallons per week of the no lead 92 octane.

He only has this volume because he is the only source of no lead within a 130 mile radius.
