Bimini for Titan I

Brad B

Recommended Posts

I've got a friend with a Titan I on a '01 LX.

She wants to add a bimini.

One with no straps.

I sent her the link to the one at WSR but are there any recommendations from the crew?

DON"T SEND HER TO THE WSA BIMINI MAKER!!

Titan made one for that tower, it was $$$$$

I see one made at Great Lakes that looks nice. Bryan & Jen are talking to Towerbiminis.com about one. I'm sure he has researched theirs since WSA's guy put up that mini bimini on their tower. Drilling into the tower and the boat, as they did on mine!!

Great Lakes is the only way to go. I love mine. No holes, easy to put up and take down, and excellent quality and fit (even though all biminis are way over priced). Check with your Bu dealer or give mine a call. They had mine in no time at all.

I've got a towerbimini.com on order from Wakeside. $700. Totally tower mounted and lots of shade.

If your friend will wait till early October I'll have a nice tiny bimini for sell cheap. :) You'll have to rivet some holes into the tower, but it doesn't strap to the boat, and it's got a big burgundy stripe running down the middle. While you're at it I've got a nice bit of swampland I can let go for a good price. hehehe. What a piece of crap bimini. I'm still fuming about it. Don't get anything made by Dallas Canvas and Boat Tops if you have a Titan I tower.

Great Lakes is the only way to go, its the OEM titan bimini, no drilling 4 clamps and

your done. We love our GL bimini, ordered it from the local Malibu dealer for $500.

Man I hate getting fleeced. I think I'll treat CTWS much nicer now that I've been on both sides of the fence.
