YO!

I'm maybe gonna buy a 1995 Malibu sunsetter, but I lived in Europe (Belgium) so fuel is really expensive and don't wanna put a lpg system. So the consumption of the boat is very important aspect to buy a boat. At the moment I have a CC ski nautique of 1979 (that I'm trying to sell) and I'd like to know how would be the consumption with a 1995 malibu sunsetter (with weight, maybe between 1500 and 2000 lbs)??? more or less...

thankss

Pierre

I think you will be using pretty much the same amount of fuel as you old cc. just depending on if you want to wakeboard, surf, or waterski. Also I found the changing the prop on my made a difference but not to much. I think just driving it nicely makes the biggest difference in fuel mileage. Not driving her wide open, and using the throttle sparingly when pulling up a rider.
