I've got a batt. tender Jr. on my boat and my motorcycle right now.

They are very good float chargers. One of (if not) the best in the business.

I've been using the Battery Tender Plus for the past two off-seasons and have no complaints.

However, when I recently decided to purchase a second battery maintainer for my WaveRunner,

I went with the Schumacher Battery Companion (found it at AutoZone for quite a bit cheaper

than the Battery Tender Plus) after reading this article: wingworldmag.com

Synopsis: "Though the original Battery Tender was the first commonly available inexpensive charger
