depth finder

this past summer my depth finder decided to quit working. the gauge will just blink and not make a correct reading. does anyone know if this is a simple fix or do i have to buy a whole new system all together?

If you haven't already, spend some time searching the forums. I seem to remember a few topis on this and the problem can range from corroded connections to bad components, so you kind of just have to start with the basics until you get to the expensive stuff.

I would agree. I started by wiggling some wires and that seemed to fix my problem.

I'd check the puck location in the hull, too. My sender came loose and had the same symptom as yours. You can easily reattach with epoxy or some silicone.
