Refinishing board racks

Recommended Posts

I've got a pair of the Malibu wakeboard racks that mount on my Titan III tower which are looking pretty worn. The chrome on the racks is pealing off and they show corrosion on the alluminum. I'd like to find a way to refurb them and get them looking respectible again. I was thinking of having them bead blasted and powder coated, but have not found a shop to do this type of work. Does anyone have any experience with this or maybe can recommend a shop to do it?

We are going to need some more info like where your located? I can tell you this chroming aluminum is not cheadp and almost always comes with no warranty. powder coat is a good option and cheap in comparison.
