More Ballast ?

I have a 2005 vlx, in the rear driver side compartment is a sticker that says "do not exceed 75lbs". Is this true or can I put sacs in the compartments? I do not want to go crazy with extra ballast everywhere. I have all 4 stock hard ballast tanks in the boat would would like to add some extra in those compartments but at the same time still make those compartments functionable. I find with driverand spotter, the manual wedge down and all 4 tanks filled the surf wake works but there is a lot of "white water wash". Any suggestions would be great keep in mind I don't want to go crazy with extra ballast.

Thanks

Paul

Are you sure it says 75 or 175? Either way people load up much more than that :) just space out the weight equally

I wouldn't worry about it, just space it out so you don't have all the weight in a localized area and you should be fine. We load ours up so much you would think the floor would give out Thumbup.gif

Ummm, are you putting ballast in all compartments when surfing? That's probably why it's washy... Don't put any weight in the side you are not surfing on.
