Anything changed since this problem started?

If it has a thermal breaker (back then they did use) once the breaker cools down it will complete the circuit again and re-set it self.

Is it consistant evey time, does it happen 15 mins every time it shuts off.

Check for loose connections, run thru all your sensors and make sure everything is clean and tight.

What's battery voltage at key up, idle & when the engine dies?

Does it sputter or back fire? or does it act like you just turned the key off? If it acts like you just turned the key off, inspect and check the coast gaurd lanyard (red lanyard on dash / under throttle) and make sure it's holding the button down.

This is some of the simple stuff to check, hope this helps.
