I heard that a Chinese company bought Malibu and Mastercraft or maybe both.... weird. And I heard this from a very reliable source on the Internet.

Then I guess it must all be true... Whistling.gif

As far as the Response LX being discontinued. Malibu does not list it anymone in their response line-up on the website. Could well be that the LX is a thing of the past

That poor horse just keeps getting whipped on. It's been discussed at length - the Response LX is still available, it's just not listed on the website.

1 Foot Dan and Stewart, how have you like the quality of your Sangers?

Sorry for the hijack.

Dontknow.gif I own a Malibu 247, at least right now I do Biggrin.gif

Oops I meant Jetski Pro. You 247 (in his case former) owners all look the same to me.

Not sure what you mean? The SLXI has been gone for a few years. Maybe you're talking the RLXI? Or the RFXI?

Dont forget the big wings we will have to install, and the folgers coffee can exhaust pipes that will have to hang off the back of the boats.

I simply love it! Yahoo.gif Solid as a rock! Rockon.gif Absolutely no rattles. Very well built and you can see that there is a lot of attention to details. Best boat I have ever owned! I could not ask any better in a barefoot boat... except maybe the dash... I find it a bit to retro. Put a Malibu Dash in a Sanger and you would pretty much have a perfect boat IMO.
