My dash is kinda falling apart, radio is about to fall out of housing, speedo gauges dont work and all switches are old and look like $hit. Does anyone know of a website or company that sells a complete aftermarket dash board and control system that woudl integrate with my boat? Thanks

Also looking for an ACME 231 if anyone has one they want to unload

Try the guys at Livorsi Marine. They make gauges for most applications including custom sets.

I went to my local electronics supply store and ordered rocker switches and saved about $2-$3 per switch. I made new panels to mount them in for my dash. I don't know what your dash looks like so I can't help you there.
