Hello everyone, i have an 06 VLX and when im making a sudden stop from 20+ MPH my dash starts beeping and displays LOW OIL PRESSURE. after about 20 seconds this will go away.

This never used to happen to me before in the 2 years i have owned this boat but recently we had a bad storm and took on lots of water.

Could this be a bad sensor or something more serious?

Low Pressure Switch (goes to ECM) *or* Low Pressure Sending Unit (goes to gauge), if your gauge is showing pressure but it is alarming, it is your OIL PRESSURE SWITCH.
