My boat is really slow out of the hole. Has a 4 blade stainless and just started this spring. Replaced fuel filter and just did plugs cap and rotor to no avail. It seems Dontknow.gif not have the power at tip top end either. Fuel regulator, fuel pump or any suggestions?

Compression test each cylinder? Or pull each spark plug wire & see if it changes how the engine runs. Are you absolutely sure you got the wires back on the cap in the correct order? Possible dead cylinder?

Got the wires back in same order. Did one at a time.

our '06 had a fuel pressure regulator problem, we tried quite a few things ahead of that. A pressure monitor would help you out I'm sure. What prop are you using? Our stock one, I think it was the 537, really stunk when we loaded extra weight. Are you adding weight?
