Swim platform

Recommended Posts

Lost the swilm platform on a 07 LSV. Bracket broke at the weld and pin severed. How long should I expect to be back in business? Would you demand a whole new platform or accept new brackets? Rockon.gif

I would be ok with new brackets. Will probably take 5 to 7 biz days to get them in. I lost my whole platform a year ago and they replaced it in a week or so.

Anyway to prevent this happening. If it had hit my son it could have killed him.

I don't believe so, but it should not have happened in the first place. Those brackets and pin are very durable. I lost mine because the rope got caught underneath the swim platform and pulled it off.

Either a pin dropped off or was missing from the get go. One side let go then the other broke. When it let go it flew over the top of my sons head.

I have had the boat out only 4 times.
