2007 Response LXI boom?

Recommended Posts

I looked but didn't see find if this has allready been asked. I want to get a boom to teach skiing and Wakeboarding with my 2007 Response LXI with the Titan3 mini tower. Anybody using a boom with the 2007 Response LXI? What do people recommend? I emailed Ron Scrapa's web-site but have not seen a reply yet.

Thanks in advance.

I bought a Beemans boom for my 07 Rlxi last year. I have the regular Titan 3 tower. I wanted it to work out either side. They had to make a special bend in the boom for the the 07 model compared to 06 and earlier ones. At first the cable was too long. I called Bob Beeman and they drove over and fixed it. I was one of the first to have one made and they had an error in their spec. I have been very pleased with it, but make sure you get the extension. I don't know if your tower mounting is the same as mine. The boom just barely touches the edge of the window frame, but puts no pressure on it. I suspect they have lengthened the cable about 1/2 inch longer now.
