Just to get the obvious out of the way, I assume you are waiting for the engine to get fully warmed up before you are expecting hot water and hot air?

After that, I'd look to see if someone added a shutoff valve to either the supply or return lines to the heater core. On the shower, you could have a clogged mixing valve that is blocking the flow of hot water.

Are you flipping switch for shower AND opening the valves?

As to heater, are you running (ie driving and not just idling)? It won't blow warm unless you're running. IF you are and just getting cold air, then are you seeing any water accumulate under dash or pass storage? If so, a fitting has broken and no water is circulating to the core.

My heater was not properly winterized in the fall and experienced the same cold air you are having. I did not see any water flowing anywhere, but they had to replace broken hose. Works great now! Thumbup.gif

I´ve checked the fuses and the boat is driven and really warm.

The shower doesn´t work at all, not even cold water.

And the heater is only cold air.

Does your shower pump turn on at all, even momentarily (generally a loud buzzing noise at the transom)? Or is there no indication whatsoever that it is turning on? If not, sounds like you have a wiring problem. Will need to check to see if voltage is making it to the pump from the switch (not sure where your switch is located - mine is at the dash).

Regarding the heater, do you know if it was original equipment from Malibu, or if the previous owner installed it? You need to check a couple of things: (1) as I mentioned earlier, check the rubber hoses that supply and return water to your heater core. See if there is an inline shutoff valve that may have been installed (not stock from Malibu). If shut off, it will prevent hot water from flowing to your heater core. (2) need to check to see that the hot water supply hose is connected properly to the engine. Not sure if it is the same on a V-Drive, but on my DD, the hot water comes from a port on the intake manifold, right next to the thermostat housing. Also check the return line - could be connected to the main engine water pump on the front of the engine, or could be connected to the Heatercraft 'Y' fitting mentioned above. If connected in some other fashion, water will not circulate through the heater core properly.

Should also have added that if your pump is turning on and there is still no water flow, then there is an issue with your mixing valve. I'll assume you've twisted both the cold and hot water knobs each way to no avail. The other likely possibility is that the inlet ports to that valve have filter screens. These can get plugged up with all kinds of stuff - weeds/sediment that got sucked up from the lake (generally on the cold water side), or rust/sediment on the hot water side. Have to disassemble the mixing valve to get to the screens and clean them.
