Oil Weight

I plan on changing my oil soon. I have found several strings that have let me know the things that I need to do differenty than a car. I have an older engine (1986 around 700 hours) and was wondering what weight oil to use. Any input would be great. I thought there was a poll regarding what people use, but I couldn't find it, and oil is too short a word to use as a search term, so if anyone happens to know where it is, please let me know. Thanks.

Indmar specs Pennzoil Marine 15W-40 on their newer engines, but you could use Long-Life 15W-40 or Pennzoil 20W-50. If your not loosing oil, I would stick with the 15W-40.
