seals on prop shaft -replace?

my owners manual says i should replace seals on prop shaft after 300 hours. i have 420 hours and the seals seem fine....should I just let them roll entire I have a problem? :unsure:

I just replaced mine at 300 hrs. All I can say is if it is working fine leave it alone. Wasn't an easy job.
