Just had a quick question about the pergo switch to make things clear. I ran the boat yesterday on 2 for a few hours blasting the tunes. And the battery is nearly dead. I was wondering if i just switch it too All when i go back to the lake tomorrow will the alternator charge battery #2. I also was wondering if i play music will the alternator be able to charge the battery as well.

"All" will charge both battery's I would not be worried about running the tunes myself. Just make sure you run the boat for a while.
