Were to buy impeller

Recommended Posts

Dave Pellegrene

I have an 05 response LXI. The impeller went bad and I got my three year old brand new spare out to put in and its the wrong one. Were is the best place to purchase one? I have not had much luck online. My closest marina is about 45 minutes so I was hoping to pick one up online.

Thanks Dave

Defender does have the globe run dry impeller. Greg just did a group buy on the globe impellers - they are a great unit. You can PM him to see if he's got any more (D-GOOSE), or search this site "globe".

This is were I bought parts in the past for my old correct craft. I went here first but I couldnt find one. I guess thats because I was looking for an inpeller for a mercruser. I must have taken to many headers. Once I looked for inmar I found it. Got two. THey always seem to go bad at the worsts time.

Thanks for the help

Dave

Check out your local Napa auto parts store, if you have a local store. They have a huge marine catalog.

This year as a test, I bought all my maintenance stuff from them, impeller, filters, plugs, hoses, etc. I've been happy!

I have more Globe impellers. They may be a little more but will last longer and can be run dry.
