I have read in here the instructions are junk but I had no idea... got the tower put together and lifted up on the boat the back legs will not sit on the hull either I got the wrong tower or I am missing something? I would really like to get this thing on this weekend as I have no other days anywhere near that would work for me to do it.Suggestions

Does anyone have measurements as to where the tower mounts should be?

How far away are the legs form hitting the right location.. Are we talking a couple of inches or several inches? Post some pics if you can...

I took the tower back off the boat being it was unstable but I would guess 1.5"-2" wider than where I am trying to place the tower, front legs fit back do not.If I put it back up today I will take some pics

Hey Jason...I just installed a Titan II on my Wakesetter/Sunsetter VLK. The install can be somewhat tough but pretty straight forward once you get into it! I had some problems as well and the CREW is the best place for help for any problems, their insight lead me to calling Titan and the problem went away! You will find that Titans customer service is the BEST!!!

Here's a contact at Titan, I think Katie is the General Sales Manager??? She is the real deal and will get you what you need!

Hope you can get an answer before the weekend it up from a member!

I remember people saying they had to bend the rear legs in on their Titans to get them to fit but I could be very wrong.. Talk to Skicrave on this site.. He should be able to help you out...

couldn't tell by your message whether the rear legs are too wide or narrow. Either way, have a person grab each leg and push them together / pull the legs apart. It's not that hard to give it a little tweak. My Titan II needed the front legs spread by apprx 4"...per Titan CS that was no problem to use a little muscle to get it to fit. Worked great once installed...

Hey Jason-

I'm sorry to hear about the problems you're having fitting your tower. Fortunately I think we can get the situation resolved quickly so you can get the installation completed this weekend. Check your PMs and give me a call when it's convenient for you.

Thanks,

Jason
