Thanks for the link. At the risk of sounding dumb, do you just use the unibit only? In other words, no need to drill small and then gett bigger and then follow up with countersink? Just a one time drill? What size should I get for titan's?

You should still do something to finish off the edges of the gel, either a zero flute countersink or just a little sandpaper to break the edges. Square cut edges will chip and crack over time.

I used a unibit to drill the holes when I installed my Titan last summer and then sand the edges of the gelcoat with a dremel grinding bit....it worked great.

Agreed, a little sandpaper is what we used when we drilled the thru-hull for the ballast system.

Thanks for the offer. I might take you up on it. Part of me wants to just take it to Malibu to have it done. But, I will most likely do it here.
