we are having issues with alternator charging batteries. Batteries are brand new, alternator recently rebuilt. Had the boat shop spend 5 hours checking it out they only found a few loose wires and mysteriously it started charging. It charged 1st have of the day then quit yesterday. Anyone with suggestions or prior experience with this. Boat is 2001 malibu wakesetter vlx

Hmmm shop found a couple loose wires, then it charges and now not charging again??

Crazy.gif I wonder if there is some corrosion or even partially cut or bad wire somewhere.
