89 EURO F3 2 Fat buddies fully loaded (SURFER?)

I can get a demo board for a little over 150 at my local shop. I wanted a 5 6 but this one is available and much cheaper. I am an intermediate rider at best but want to know if I can learn on a 4' 6" board behind my 89 Euro F3. I want to buy tomorrow so please hurry.

We've surfed ropeless with a CWB Tsunami and the 5'6" landlock. It won't be easy for someone your size. You'll need friends or ballast.
