04 Wakesetter ski locker MLS sac

I have an 04 wakesetter with the MLS ski locker ballast bag. Yesterday when i was filling it up I noticed water starting to spit out the side of the boat as if it were filled but it was way faster than usual. I opened the locker and saw there was some water there and the sac looked half way filled. I thought maybe there is a puncture but there was not a lot of water and the sac also acted like it was filled all the way by overflowing out the side. I am not sure what the problem is and also if I need a new sac I am not sure where to get one that will fit in the locker. I am not sure what is wrong so any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have the 04 LSV that I bought used. The stock MLS setup in mine was/is three hard ballast tanks one on each side of the engine and one up front in the bow. I inquired at my local dealer about the midship ballast and I was given two options I could buy a sac or I could buy the hard tank. The sac would yield me about 200 to 250 lbs while the hard tank was close to 500 lbs. I bought the hard tank setup from my dealer and installed it myself and have been pleased with the choice. It was a LOT of work to install it but it is sweet and so now I have a midship ballast in my 2004. If you are interested in what it cost and what it takes to install it "pm" me and I will send you the details. So you know I had to remove the fuel tank, and rear seat support so that I could slide the tank into position, the tank is 6 feet long. You will also need to drill a three holes in the hull; one in the bottom near the gorrilla fins and two out the starboard side near the driver, not for the faint at heart as they are about 1 inch in diameter.
