Need Main T handle drain plug for 04 Malibu wakesetter

I just got my boat back from the dealer and checked my engine compartment and see that I am missing my main bilge drain plug. The dealership is closed until Monday and I want to ride this weekend. I am not sure what the size is of the drain plug and I am trying to find out a temporary solution for the weekend. I went to boater's world today and they gave me a 1/2 inch threaded plug that I think is too small and you have to use a wrench to tighten it down. I am looking online but cannot find a parts guide or anything to tell me the exact size of the plug for my 04 malibu wakesetter direct drive. I visited www.skidim.com and see they have a 1/2 inch and a 3/4 inch one. Not sure which size mine is. If anyone knows what size it is and where I could get something so I could use my boat this weekend that would be great. Thanks in advance!

It's 3/4" pipe thread, so you can even pick up a 3/4"x3/4" union with a 3/4" end cap from Lowe's or Home Depot to get you through the weekend.

No problem, just make sure you use brass and not ABS or PVC, and I would get some Teflon tape for the cap threads (don't use tape on the bilge hole side, it will be a pain to get out).

Make sure you watch it with the boat on the trailer to be sure it's not leaking.

HD or Lowes should have a 3/4 npt brass plug also as a more direct route I think. I thought I remembered seeing something you can get a wrench on.

Did you look in your cupholders for the drain plug? Sometimes the dealer will take it out and leave it in a cupholder or the glovebox. I would also check around the bilge, in case it was left lying there and slid around when you brought it home.
