The idea was a good one, can't comment on how well it was implemented. Sounds like some people loved it, others not so much.

I kinda thought a rope winder would be cool. A little on the pricey side though. Just like racks? (anyone thing those are a lil overprice too?!? lol)

I use to think that maybe a modified line, that would allow some give (like a seatbelt), would be useful for wakesurfing, i.e have the line drag down center, if you're trying a new trick and you lose the zone, surfing into the line grab and get back into it....dream aside, a paddle work better, if not using the line to try spins. (I have a 4'2 coax, hard to pump back into the zone, hand paddling doesn't work to well either)

As anal as guys are about which rope/handle they use when they ride, or worse.... how their rope is wound up?? I can't imagine that thing getting used on our boats much.

Maybe for the tubing rope......
