Malibu Parts

I'm looking for a Malibu dealer that will work with me on a large parts order for a 247 I'm repairing. I contacted my local dealer and he it's offering any type of wholesale discount. I have wholesale accounts with other boat dealers and suppliers and am frustrated that the Malibu dealer won't work with me. Any suggestions? My order is over $5000.00 in parts and accessories.

Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

My guess is the dealer probably doesn't make much on parts to begin with. So if the give you a discount they make even less if not anything and alot of hassle to get these parts to you. Instead they are probably more focused on taking care of their previous and current customers that have bought boats from them. thats my $0.02

Surprised.gif Ya right.

I think Malibu dealers want people to have repairs done inside there shop and not at a place like yours. What kind of parts are you looking for? I can't think of 5k with of parts that has the malibu wrote on it. If I needed an eng part, then I know of 5 places off the top of my head to go. But if its a decal with Malibu on it then I have to hit up a dealer. I'm sure if you have a list people could direct you to some great companys.

Thats what I was thinking. I think the only parts I've bought at a boat dealer where Malibu cleats Malibu decal and when my dog ate my engine cover cushion. Everything else Internet or the auto parts store with a commercial discount.
