Battery Wiring

I just bought a 2004 WakeSetter and the batteries are not wired correctly. right now there are no connections made to the positive side of the second battery. The negitive side is connected to the amp. There is a 200 amp battery isolator with both termanals hooked up to the positive side of the primary battery (pretty sure that is not right). All other connections are on the primary battery. They are not electrically connected as checked with a meter (no physical connection either).

I have two Optima batteries with a 200 amp isolator, it's been wired this way for four years and NO problems.
