oil pressure warning

We are getting the oil pressure warning on out 04 ws lsv. This is on the speedometer display. The oil pressure gauge on the dash is reading normal levels the whole time. It happens more or less every other time we take off. Any suggestions?

And after some searching around, it seems somewhat common to have a "sensor" issue. I am awaiting an answer as well. What motor you have?

Gauge working and speedo display showing low would be indicative of a faulty/failing switch...not sending unit, me thinks...

i am dealing with this every day. Every time I take off it beeps low oil etc. I have been to the dealer and they repleced a sensor and then it happened again. I went back and they jumped the switch that could be causing the problem. then I am out again and my engine temp guage, oil temp gauge etc take a crap. I turn the boat off and the switches reset and bam, they work again. Oil pressure still beeps every time and i am not sure what to try next. its gettind old. IF it doesnt beep and I wonderind what is the problem
