I can't find any information or size chart to go along with this Jet Pilot Vest I want to know what size vest to get someone with a large chest, that will fit their needs, but not be huge everywhere else. I did a search and couldn't find any "anatomically correct" womens vests. Maybe some crew ladies can help with this one?

I know O'Neil makes womens vests, at least in the Outlaw series.

My wife has that vest in a size small. She recently put on some weight (which she is working on losing right now), such that the vest didn't fit anymore, especially up top if you know what I mean. She tried on a bunch of different vests at Active yesterday and settled on an ONeill Outlaw size 10 which will work until she can fit back into her Jet Pilot.

Your friend really should try some on to find the right size.

Patrick - PM me the same answer and i'll take a look at my vest. it's adjustable on the inside back and it fits just right for the, um how shall i say, endowed.

I tried a bunch on. I found that most of the women's vests are shaped to fit the top without squishing you down so much.

Mine is a small.
